▪️THE GENIUS BEHIND DUBAI CHOCOLATE▪️ Last night in Florence I got to hang with @chefnouel who in 2021 had a stroke of genius and now Dubai chocolate has taken over the world. Even luckier, I got to taste his new venture in collaboration with @noal
▪️BITTERSWEET JOYS OF HOME▪️ The excitement of finding my book prominently displayed @ferrybuilding (thank you @bernalcutlery !) was dampened by waiting 15 minutes for an undrinkable cortado from a place that I will not name because I’m nice.
